Here are the rules:

This contest is open to unpublished writers who are registered participants for the online conference. (If you haven't registered for the conference, please do before you send your submission or you will be disqualified)

Only original works please. No previously published work.

Unpublished (never had a publishing contract)
E-published is considered published
First page, begans at the first word. You don't have to include the chapter title.
The max entries is three.

Entries must be received by October 16th no exceptions.
