She also serves as apostolic director of EXOUSIA, a Mid-Atlantic prayer training summit to equip church leaders and prayer teams in intense levels of intercession.

How did you come up with ideas for Soul Food & Living Water?
Our family lived the "ideas" of Soul Food & Living Water in the raw and discovered that what we had emerged from...job loss, poverty, spiritual bankruptcy, marital blues, sibling rivalry, extended family drama and the like - were things others could glean from. So it’s a living book with to life solutions.
Did you have to do quite a bit of research for Soul Food & Living Water
The majority of the research was during the book proposal stage, when I needed to justify why the 'concept' was a literal need in the marketplace and what a vacuum it would fill - even though it was to be written to a specified market niche like the African-American Christian family.

Reviews represent a 'voice of the people' (not just the professional reader) and is extremely important; especially in a busy world where folks desire to make informed decisions and choice - from where they will live and what they will eat, to where they should invest money and what they should read. So reviews are prime and very important to me as a writer and literary consumer.
