BLACK HISTORY - Red Tails

This month is Black History month. SORMAG will be featuring African-American movies.

I would like to begin with one that is in the shows now. Take your children and when you return home get online and see if you have any local airmen from your home town.

I found two who were from St. Louis. That truly brings history home.

Leave a comment and tell us what you’re doing for Black History Month.

Red Tails
The 332nd Fighter Group, an all-black World War II unit made up of the best escort pilots and known as the Red Tails, fights racism at home while fighting the Nazis abroad in this action-packed drama based on the true story of the Tuskegee Airmen.

Have you seen this movie? What did you think?
