With the release of her novel, Karen plans for a multi-city tour that will lay the foundation for her domestic abuse awareness campaign launching this summer, and will continue far beyond the month of October (Domestic Abuse Awareness month).Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the youngest of nine children, Karen graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
